Autonomous non-profit organization "Center for Legal Studies and International Communications"
The Center for Legal Research and International Communications is a Russian autonomous non–profit organization established in 2018 by representatives of the Russian business community, scientific and public circles in order to provide legal assistance to citizens and organizations, protect their rights and legitimate interests, conduct scientific research, develop international cooperation and implement international projects and comprehensive programs.

During his long-term practice, A.V. Panin completed internships in the Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the International Directorate of the Information Telegraph Agency of Russia (ITAR-TASS); worked in the system of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation; dealt with the problems of legal support for developments in the field of alternative energy; provided legal support for construction activities.
Currently, he is engaged in entrepreneurial activities in the field of law: representing the interests of citizens and organizations in the system of courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts, legal support for the activities of organizations of various forms of ownership, including budgetary institutions.

DESIGN SOLUTIONS LABORATORY
The Design Solutions Laboratory is a project group providing consulting and expertise services, as well as developing joint technological and scientific projects, consisting of more than 20 specialists with both economic and legal education and education in the field of information technology.
The main activities of the group are:

Consolidating the potential and competencies of more than 20 partner law firms and law firms, the Center continuously protects the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations, provides them with highly qualified legal assistance and services in the field of law, using an individual socially oriented approach and providing preferential or gratuitous conditions.
The program "Legislative initiatives"
The Center carries out systematic work to identify gaps in legislation and contradictions between existing regulatory legal acts, as well as the subsequent development and promotion of proposals to improve the legislation of the Russian Federation. The key to successful legislative decisions is the long-term experience of the Center’s experts, gained in the work on more than 1,000 legislative initiatives in various fields.
The program for the development of cooperation in the field of information security and ICT
The Center conducts comprehensive research on the issues of information security and ICT, forms proposals for improving legislation and filling the international agenda, develops international cooperation through the non-governmental sector, and also contributes to the promotion of Russian approaches in the field of information security and ICT on international discussion platforms.
A program to promote Russian IT solutions to foreign markets
The Center unites and represents the interests of more than 40 Russian IT companies, actively promotes advanced and competitive domestic IT solutions and technologies to the markets of the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Africa.
The program "Culture and Cultural Heritage"
The Center implements scientific and research projects on the preservation of cultural heritage, as well as develops proposals for improving legislation on culture.
Russia-Africa Cooperation Development Program
The Center develops business and public relations with individual African states in various fields, contributes to the strengthening of Russian-African cooperation in general, and supports events in the Russia-Africa format.
The Eurasian Dialogue Cooperation Development Program
The Center implements and supports public, cultural and youth projects in the EAEU and CIS, promotes the formation of Eurasian integration, and strengthens and develops bilateral cooperation with individual states in the Eurasian space in various formats.
